Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling with Mansi Vohra Classes. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for our workshops and courses.

Live Workshops (e.g. the ₹99 workshop)

• Given the low, entry-level pricing of our live workshops, these are non-refundable once payment is completed.
• If a workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us for any reason, you will be offered a spot in the next available session, or a full refund, at your choice.

Fast Track Batches, Live Sessions, and 1:1 Sessions

• You may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of enrollment, provided the batch/session has not yet started.
• Once a batch or session has started, or once more than 48 hours have passed since enrollment, fees are non-refundable, except where the cancellation is due to an error on our part.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment, via Razorpay.

Recorded Courses

• Given the immediate access provided upon purchase, recorded courses are non-refundable once purchased and accessed.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email levelup@mansivohraclasses.com with your registered name, phone number, and the workshop/course you enrolled in. We will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm eligibility and next steps.

Payment processing

All payments and refunds are processed through Razorpay. Once we approve a refund, the actual credit to your account depends on your bank/payment method and is typically completed within 5-7 business days of approval.
